Consumer Guarantees & Refunds (Australia)

Accreditation & Training Provider Information
Our courses are delivered according to nationally recognised standards where indicated. We maintain records of trainer qualifications and assessors. Where a course is delivered as an accredited unit, certificate issuance is subject to meeting competency requirements.

Complaints & External Review
