Consumer Guarantees & Refunds (Australia)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers are entitled to services with due care and skill. Our refund and transfer policy is summarised below.

Refunds for short workshops are considered where sessions are cancelled by Norevix or where services are not provided with due care. Requests must be made within 14 days of the scheduled session.

Students may request one transfer to another session where places are available. Fees and timing conditions apply. For accredited courses, transfer policies align with RTO guidelines.

If a course is cancelled by Norevix, students will be offered a full refund or credit for another course. We will notify affected students by email and phone.

Accreditation & Training Provider Information

Our courses are delivered according to nationally recognised standards where indicated. We maintain records of trainer qualifications and assessors. Where a course is delivered as an accredited unit, certificate issuance is subject to meeting competency requirements.

  • RTO affiliation: Relevant statements and RTO code are provided on enrolment documents for accredited programs.
